Learn how to create simple, seasonal, delicious, nutritious and affordable recipes for Summer with a Fermented Foods Focus

 Join Tish and Carol as they share their passion and knowledge in this cooking class with foods of Springtime. We will explore the health benefits of a plant-based diet in the prevention and management of chronic diseases and the role of anti-inflammatory herbs and spices. This class is designed to help participants adopt a more whole foods plant-based diet by providing support, education and simple recipes for success!   We will prepare a variety anti-inflammatory whole food recipe for summer and have nourishing tasty samplings!
