Learn how to create simple, seasonal, delicious, nutritious and affordable recipes. Join Tish and Carol as they share their passion and knowledge in this lively cooking class with local foods of the Winter Season. We will explore the health benefits of a planted based diet in the prevention and management of chronic diseases. This class is designed to help participants adopt a more whole foods plant-based diet by providing support, education and simple recipes for success!
Tish and Carol will discuss the "food as medicine" approach to optimal health and well-being. We will prepare a variety plant based whole food recipes for the Winter Season and have nourishing tasty samplings!
