Hendersonville Co-op makes it easy to enjoy healthy, tastey food in your home or on the go. The Deli has a variety of lunch specials and baked goods that change out weekly.

1.)    Hot Sandwiches: All sandwiches served with side of chips

a.       Cubana de Tampa:  All natural Applegate black forest ham on fresh baked French bread with sliced pickles, caramelized onions, local Lusty Monk mustard, mayonnaise and melted local Bear Wallow Swiss cheese. $8.99
b.      Appalachian Reuben: All natural Hickory Nup Gap Farm beef brisked brined in house and slow cooked.  Served on fresh local marble rye bread with kraut, Red Russian dressing and melted local Bear Wallow Swiss cheese. $9.99
c.       The Half Back: Applegate all natural turkey pastrami on locally baked marble rye bread with melted local cave aged "Ugly Baby" alpine cheese, fresh arugula, spinach, sweet onion marmelade and local Lusty Monk mustard. $8.99
d.      Humboldt Chicken Focaccia: Grilled all natural local chicken breast on herbed focaccia with spinach, arugula, red onion, tomato, bacon and Humboldt Fog goat cheese. $8.99
e.      Portabella Flatbread: Local portabella mushrooms marinated and grilled and served on stone fired naan bread with basil pesto, kale, arugula, roasted red peppers, red onion, local goat cheese and balsamic reduction.   $8.99
f.        Blue Mountain Bahn Mi: All natural Beeler's pork loin marinated in brown sugar and Vietnamese spices and grilled.  Served on fresh baked French bread with shredded lettuce, sliced jalapeno, red onion, tomato, pickled vegetables and mayonaise.           
2.)    Cold Sandwiches: All sandwiches served with side of chips

a.       Veggie Muffuletta: Fresh baked French bread filled with green olive tapenade, roasted red bell peppers, fresh basil pesto, grilled portabella mushrooms, grilled zucchini and optional mozzarella cheese. $7.99
b.      Turkey Ciabatta: All natural Turkey pastrami on fresh baked ciabatta bread with applewood smoked bacon, avocado, tomato, red onion, spinach and dijonaise. $8.99
c.       Grecian Isle: In house roasted garlic hummus with shredded lettuce, kalamata olives, sliced cucumber, red bell peppers, tomato, red onion, optional Bulgarian feta and lemon tzatziki. $7.99
d.      Blue Mountain Club: Served on Indian naan flatbread with all natural Applegate smoked turkey breast, Applegate black forest ham, local Bear Wallow Swiss cheese, Beeler's applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonaise. $8.99
e.      Roast Beef Gorgonzola: All natural Applegate sliced roast beef on fresh baked French bread with local caved aged gorgonzola, red onion, lettuce,  tomatoes, sweet onion marmelade and horseradish aioli. $8.99
