Discover how to cultivate healing energy (Qi. Pronounced “chee”) through a series of slow and gentle movements. No impact, no sweating, fun and easy! Among its many health benefits are lowered blood pressure, improved circulation, respiration, and digestion. Qigong can also help one's balance, flexibility, bones & joints, sleep, concentration, calming of the mind, and being in the present moment. Qigong is an ancient Chinese natural self-healing wellness system to help prevent and even reverse illness and enhance overall health.
Newcomers are welcome. No equipment is needed. Just dress comfortably. Qigong can be done standing or sitting. Your instructors, Bob and Fran German, are Qigong Masters who have taught in over 40 countries worldwide.
- An optional $5 donation is encouraged and ALL proceeds go to local charities.
- As with all fitness programs, get your doctor's approval before beginning Qigong.
